The company established quality system and has been certificated by ISO9001：2000 standard. The quality system documents standardized all the processes of management and manufacture.  A good basis for high quality products and service has been set up through the responsible work of the employee. 

Meanwhile, there is analysis and test centre, which is equipped by most advanced instruments such as FESEM, Atom-absorption Spectrophotometer, spectrum microscopy, Laser Particle Sizer, BET specific area detector, universal mechanical test machine etc. Now all the physical and chemical properties could be tested and analyzed for raw materials like Tungsten concentration, Co powder, and products from APT, W/WC powder to cemented carbide and Tungsten alloy products. The quality control system is combining process control (online test and analysis system in every plant) with end control (products inspection). Through the system the quality of raw materials, process, products and service is strictly controlled.

A machining laboratory for cutting tools has been set up to develop new cemented carbide products and insure the quality. It could also establish cutting parameters of tools for customers’ reference. Qualified workers and technicians are employed and they are trained regularly to improve their skills, so that we can provide our customers with high quality products and services.
